The Process

• Meeting: An initial meeting is held, either by phone or personally to discuss all your requirements and objectives for the project.
• Communication: Communication is essential, by phone, e-mail or our own in-house project management system (mojo). Mojo is a web-based collaboration tool, which allows direct communication with all members of the team.
• Proposal: A project proposal and sitemap will be provided based on the outcome of the initial the meeting. Client feedback is welcomed.
• Details: A project specification is provided outlining all requirements, schedule and costs. Upon agreement, a contract will be sent to you.
• Phases: (Also known as milestones). During development of your website, you will be invited to view progress at set milestones.
• Finished Project: Upon client sign off, Next Big Leap will publish the website to the live server.
• Post Launch Support: Website edits, additions, new sections, new projects are part of the care and feeding of the website.
